Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Gadget Street, we rigorously test and verify all our devices to ensure you get the best quality electronics in Kenya. To maintain our highly competitive pricing and quality assurance, please review our policy regarding returns and warranties below.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

Because we deal in high-value electronics, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. All sales are final once the device has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

We encourage you to carefully review the specifications, condition, and compatibility of the product before completing your purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

While we do not offer refunds, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Eligible devices come with a specified warranty period (as indicated on the product page and your receipt).

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and internal hardware failures that occur during normal use within the warranty period.

3. The Repair & Exchange Process

If your device experiences a covered issue within the warranty period, we will resolve it through our Repair & Exchange program:

  • Repair First: Our certified technicians will first attempt to repair the device at no cost to you.
  • Exchange: If the device is deemed unrepairable by our team, we will exchange it for the same model. If the exact model is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent model of equal value.

4. Warranty Void Conditions

Please note that the warranty will be immediately voided, and we will be unable to offer free repairs or exchanges, under the following conditions:

Physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, deep dents)
Liquid or water damage
Unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications
Software rooting, jailbreaking, or severe virus infections
Damage caused by power surges or uncertified chargers
Missing original Gadget Street warranty seals

5. How to Claim Your Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team immediately. Do not attempt to fix the device yourself.
